By submitting a photograph to Closca and accepting these terms, you authorize CLOSCA DESIGN S.L. to use the submitted content under the terms set out below.

1. Content you share

You confirm that:

• You are over 18 years old;
• You are the author of the photograph or have the necessary rights to share it and authorize its use;
• If other identifiable people appear in the photograph, you have their authorization to allow the uses described in these terms;
• The photograph does not contain identifiable images of minors.

2. Authorized use

You authorize CLOSCA DESIGN S.L., on a royalty-free, non-exclusive and worldwide basis, to use, reproduce and publish the submitted photograph and, where applicable, your image or the image of any other people appearing in it.

Closca may use the content exclusively on:

• Closca’s official social media profiles;
• Closca websites;
• Closca newsletters and email communications;
• Future Closca cards featuring photographs from our community as part of the brand’s communication.

Closca may not sell the photograph to third parties or use it for purposes other than those described above.

3. Adaptation of the photograph

Closca may make any adaptations reasonably necessary to fit the photograph to different formats, including cropping, resizing, layout adjustments or the addition of text, logos and other brand graphic elements.

These adaptations must not substantially alter the meaning of the photograph or use it in a misleading, offensive or harmful way towards the people appearing in it.

4. Rights to the content

The photograph will remain the property of its author.

The authorization granted to Closca is non-exclusive, meaning you may continue to use and share your photograph freely.

The authorization is granted without financial compensation. Submitting a photograph does not imply that Closca will necessarily publish or use it.

5. Duration and withdrawal of authorization

The authorization will remain valid until you request its withdrawal.

You may ask Closca to stop making any new use of your photograph by contacting support@closca.com.

Withdrawal will not affect any use lawfully made before your request is received and processed, nor any physical materials, such as cards, that have already been produced or distributed.

6. Data protection

CLOSCA DESIGN S.L. will process the information provided through the form in order to manage your participation and the content you have shared.

7. Applicable law

These terms shall be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or provisions that may apply in the participant’s country or state of residence.
