A bicycle helmet designed to protect bright minds, with the mission of uniting style and vision, sophistication and practicality, safety and comfort. A unique version that reveals the beauty of origin — the first spark of light that inspires a more conscious way of moving through the city.
Safety. How it works.
We save lives by reimagining how helmet safety functions. Closca's folding helmets can only be folded when there's no interior volume inside. Meaning they never fold in the event of an accident when wearing them.
The helmet consists of 3 polycarbonate pieces and EPS foam that absorb impacts, joined together by 4 engineered pieces with 2 stable positions: folded and unfolded. Once the helmet has interior volume, it remains fixed to protect your head in case of impact, just like a conventional helmet.

Our initial venture beyond the expected
We challenged ourselves to step outside the mainstream, while keeping our minimalism and understated tones. We explored new colours that still blend naturally with the style — and the bicycles — of our community.
