How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive between 5 to 7 working days after placing the order. In case your order has not arrived yet after this period, please contact us.
I want to change / return the model I requested when placing my order. How can I do it?
EXCHANGES (HELMETS AND BOTTLES)
We only accept exchanges requested within 15 days since the reception of the product.
To make your request please fill the form indicating your order number in the subject line.
We will take care of the new shipment but please note that the transport and packaging are detrimental to the planet so we ask you to be co-responsible and act accordingly. You will only have to pay the shipping costs of the product to Closca's warehouses.
My product has arrived defective. How can I get a replacement?
We want you to enjoy your Closca products as soon as possible. In case your order has arrived defective, you can contact us through the web form and we will contact you to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
Are Closca helmets safe?
Completely. Our helmets are approved for both European, American and Asian legislation. In the event of a collision, the helmet distributes the impact energy around the surface to reduce its speed and, of course, it will never collapse while your head is inside.
Closca folding helmets comply with European and American safety regulations: Europe and Asia: EN 1078 USA and Canada: CSPC
What material is the Closca Bottle made of?
They are made of borosilicate glass, one of the strongest and resistant glasses on the market. The Closca Bottle is free of bisphenol (BPA Free), a toxic chemical found in many plastics.
What capacity does the Closca Bottle have?
The Closca Bottle has a capacity of 420 ml - 14.2 oz. We have good news: you no longer need to carry large amounts of water. Our Closca Water app provides you with a list of the closest places where you can refill the bottle for free and will also reward you for doing so.
What material is Closca Bottle Wave made of?
It is made of stainless steel and completely free of BPA, phthalates and toxins.
What is the capacity, size and weight of Closca Bottle Wave Bottle Minimal?
Closca Bottle Wave comes in two sizes:

600ml > 25cm x 7cm

What temperatures does it support with its thermo function?
The Closca Bottle Wave thermal function supports temperatures between 10 and 90 degrees Celsius.
