To initiate a return or exchange, please contact
support@closca.com for instructions on how to return the product and to ensure it falls within the agreed-upon return period.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your order. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our address, covering the shipping costs.
Products must be unused, except in cases where minimal use is necessary to verify the product's functionality. In any case, use should be limited to ensure proper functioning, and the product should not show signs of wear.
We do not accept packages without proper identification (name, surname, address, and order number).
If the package is returned due to an inability to complete delivery, the customer will be notified via email. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, Closca Design S.L. reserves the right to cancel the order, and in this case, shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect its condition and process the refund within 10 days.

At Closca, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage or negligence after the product has been delivered, stored, or used, as well as damage caused by third parties.
During special periods (Christmas, promotions, and/or other specific events), delivery, exchange, and return times may be extended.
