Delivery & Return
We want returns to feel just as thoughtful and easy as choosing Closca in the first place.
If you’d like to return or exchange your Closca product, you can do so within 30 days from the day it was delivered.
Once your request is confirmed, you’ll have another 30 days to send it back. To begin the process, just write to us at support@closca.com — we’ll guide you through each step.
Please note that return shipping costs are always covered by the customer, regardless of the reason for return or exchange. That’s why we’ve developed simple, reliable return options for different regions to make things easier and more predictable:

Germany and the Netherlands: We offer return labels at a cost of €9. This helps avoid unexpected fees and ensures the return arrives on time and without customs issues.

Non-EU countries: We offer return labels at a fixed rate of $15 / £15 (or equivalent). These are designed to simplify customs procedures and avoid unnecessary delays.

Other countries: If you're ordering from outside these regions, we don’t offer prepaid labels by default — but if needed, we can arrange one for you. The cost will be similar to the options above and will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you can return the product using your own method — just make sure to contact us first so we can share the correct return address and instructions. Please don’t ship the product before receiving this information, as we cannot take responsibility for items sent to the wrong address or facility.
If you're requesting an exchange (for example, a different size or color), the same return conditions apply. Once we receive your item, we’ll send the replacement without additional shipping cost from our side.
A few things to keep in mind:

Returned products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear. Trying the helmet on briefly is absolutely fine — we want you to feel confident in your choice — but it must remain unused.

We are unable to accept returns without proper identification (your name, order number and shipping address).

If a package is returned to us due to being uncollected or undeliverable, we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will make sure to support you in the best possible way so you can enjoy your Closca product fully.
During promotional periods or holidays, return windows may be extended.
