Who is behind Closca? – Meet Carlos, CoFounder of Closca and inventor

 

Carlos Ferrando is a serial entrepreneur, he is always thinking in the products today don’t exists and can solve real problems. Since he was a kid, he dreamed he will someday have an idea that will contribute to make a better world.

 

"I want to develop a helmet people want to wear without an aesthetic compromise and easy to carry with. It is a real pain people are having fatalities because they don’t want to wear sport and bulky helmets for cities” – Carlos Ferrando, CoFounder​

 

Carlos, studied in Valencia some years ago Industrial Engineering, product specialist and he also grow learnt about marketing and management in UK: Cranfield School of Management and Lancaster University Management School.

 

He is a dreamer and convinced the cities of the future will be more people-friendly. He believes in design and thinks bicycle are not only the best mean of transportation for cities, but also the most beautiful. 

 

2 years ago he decided to quit his job as area sales manager and devote his life to an urban icon, bicycles.

 

Carlos defines himself like entrepreneur and daddy, with 38 years he has 2 great investors named Nico and Joan; with 4 and 1 years old.
