The refund will be made within 3 to 5 business days through the same payment method used in the purchase (if you paid shipping costs, they will be refunded as well).

Closca Mask is a hygienic product that complements the physical distancing and hygiene measures recommended by health authorities in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to guarantee adequate hygiene and safety measures for all our clients, we have added a security seal to the packaging.
Due to hygienic reasons and to guarantee everyone's safety, we only accept returns and exchanges of unopened products, with the security seal intact.

Completely. Our helmets are approved for both European, American and Asian legislation. In the event of a collision, the helmet distributes the impact energy around the surface to reduce its speed. Closca folding helmets comply with European and American safety regulations: Europe and Asia: EN 1078 USA and Canada: CSPC

They are made of borosilicate glass, one of the strongest and resistant glasses on the market. The Closca Bottle is free of bisphenol (BPA Free), a toxic chemical found in many plastics.

The Closca Bottle has a capacity of 420 ml - 14.2 oz. We have good news: you no longer need to carry large amounts of water. Our Closca Water app provides you with a list of the closest places where you can refill the bottle for free and will also reward you for doing so.

Closca Mask Kids is developed for children between 7 and 12 years old (approximately) and comes in one size. 

For better support in addition to the neck fit, Closca Mask Kids has loop bands to reinforce the grip.
