Closca Foldable Helmets are made of materials that can be damaged by many commonly available cleaners. Petroleum based solvents or cleaners are especially dangerous. They can damage a helmet so that its protective capabilities are significantly reduced. Often, this damage is not visible. For best results, clean the foldable helmet using a soft cloth or sponge, warm water and mild soap.

After each use, allow the Closca foldable helmet to air dry and then store it in a cool, dry place where it won’t get damaged. Excessive heat can damage your helmet. For example, in direct sunlight a dark gear bag, the interior of a car, or an automobile trunk can get hot enough to cause heat damage (damaged helmets will appear to have uneven or bubbly surfaces). Therefore, when not being used for a period of time we recommend that the helmet be placed back into its box or case and stored in a cool, dry place.

If the foldable helmet is visibly damaged (cracked outer shell, crushed or cracked foam liner or any other damage) don’t use it. Please note that some or all of the helmet’s protective capacity is used up when impacted, and the damage to a foldable bike helmet is not always visible.

We recommend you to replace the helmet after 5 years.

Not all products are sold on our website. Closca Design launches special editions for sale only in certain regions or even certain stores. If you've seen a helmet and you can't find it on our website, it means that it is a special limited edition.

Shipping costs must always be covered by the customers unless specific offers or personal discount codes.

The cost of these is variable and depends on the urgency of shipping and the region to which is sent.

Closca Helmet offers a range of colored and special fabric accessories. To change the visor, simply take off the one that comes with the helmet and put the new one aligned with the front of the visor.

When changing the visor, we recommend putting the helmet down.

Closca Visor

The Nordic Apparel for Closca Nordic is a completely new bike helmet accessory, so there’s some explaining to do before you can set it up but don’t worry, it’s easy!.

You’ll receive the Nordic Apparel in a separate pack.

First, remove the packaging and the protective bag.

Make sure the front flap is facing upwards.

If it’s not, gently turn it around.

Take your visor off the helmet and place it face down.

Start by adding the front part of the apparel accessory.

Push it slightly so that it stays put.

Adjust the rest of the Nordic and you’re good to go!

We hope that you love your Closca Bottle as much as we love it. But we want you to be happy. Our return policy applies only if you bought the Closca Bottle here. If you bought your Closca Bottle at a retail store and would like to return or exchange it, please contact the store directly. If you bought your Closca Bottle here and for some reason are not totally happy with it, you can return it *in unused condition* within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable carrier (like UPS or FedEx), insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Closca Bottle does not process exchanges on gift orders. Any credit for items returned from a gift order will be issued to the original purchaser. If you need to return your Closca Bottle, please email us at hola@closca.com.

Our oops policy applies if you bought your bottle here. If you bought it at a retail store, please contact the store directly. We know Closca Bottle is one little glass bottle you’ll treat carefully. If it breaks within the first 90 days of purchase: email hola@closca.com a photo of your broken bottle, the original receipt from closca.com and how it broke. We’ll send a discount code to get a new bottle. If the broken part is a cap we will send a discount code to get a new bottle and in that shipment, we will include free extra caps. Alternation, misuse or abuse void this policy.

We want your Closca Bottle to arrive to you as soon as possible. If you place your order from Spain, the shipment is free of charge and should take 2 to 3 days.

If you’ve ordered from elsewhere in Europe, you can choose a Standard Shipping option that will take from 2 to 9 days or an Express option that costs € 10 and takes from 2 to 5 days.

The price for shipping to the USA is €10 and your bottle will arrive to its delivery address between 2 to 5 days.

If you live in any other part of the world, shipping costs are € 15 and your Closca Bottle should arrive between 2 to 5 days.

Please keep in mind that these calculations are made according to working days, which exclude Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
