EXCHANGES
Exchanges will only be accepted if requested within 15 days of receipt of the product.
To make your request please fill the form indicating your order number in the subject line.
We will take care of the new shipment but please note that the transport and packaging are detrimental to the planet so we ask you to be co-responsible and act accordingly. You will only have to pay the shipping costs of the product to Closca's warehouses.
RETURNS
We only accept returns requested within 15 days since the reception of the product.
To make your request please fill the form indicating your order number in the subject line.
The refund will be made within 3 to 5 business days through the same payment method used in the purchase (if you paid shipping costs, they will be refunded as well).

Closca Mask is a hygienic product that complements the physical distancing and hygiene measures recommended by health authorities in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to guarantee adequate hygiene and safety measures for all our clients, we have added a security seal to the packaging.
Due to hygienic reasons and to guarantee everyone's safety, we only accept returns and exchanges of unopened products, with the security seal intact.
