Right of Withdrawal
At Closca, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. If you change your mind after placing an order through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the conditions set out below.
Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive your order.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the last item.
This legal right of withdrawal is independent of any additional return policy that Closca may voluntarily offer.

Returning Your Product
After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.
The item(s) must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Unless otherwise stated or where the return results from an error on our part, the direct cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Products should be returned with all original accessories and packaging whenever reasonably possible.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical retail store. However, you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Refunds
Once your withdrawal has been accepted, we will reimburse all payments received for the returned product(s), including the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected.
Any additional costs resulting from choosing a premium or expedited shipping method beyond our standard delivery service will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive your withdrawal request.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product(s) or you have supplied evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to:
- Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
- Any other products or services excluded by applicable law.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights in the event that a product is faulty, damaged, or not in conformity with your order.
